Gentle to moderate northeasterly to easterly winds of 7 to 18 knots, fresh at times, are expected together with moderate seas. These conditions may create choppy coastal and nearshore waters and could affect small boats, fishing activity and marine operations.Gusty winds and moderate seas may make small boats unstable, disrupt sea travel and create hazardous conditions along exposed coastal areas.
